I want to read a bunch of old 4chan threads on my Kindle Oasis, reading with the experimental browser is an uncomfortable experience, and every time I've tried to save threads on my computer and either transfer the .html file directly to the Kindle OR when I've converted the file to .mobi or .epub, everything ends up messy - I usually end up with a file where I can read a single comment per page, and none of the formatting or tables are intact.
What I really want is to be able to read through a thread with the font at an appropriate level (that is, the text reading the way text on any normal .mobi file reads, including being able to resize), with comments demarcated the way they are on the actual site - in boxes, preferably. The image previews should be present but they're not a huge focus. I've tried fiddling around with the html code to change the href URL links for the stylesheets,etc but haven't gotten anything working so far.
Here's a random thread as an example of what I'd like to read on the kindle. I'd prefer to get the yuki.la version working because that tends to have image previews that the desuarchive version doesn't have:
