I have an ebook with lots of references (about 700) that are listed at the end of the book. I wanted to convert the ebook from epub to pdf so I used Calibre. The problem is that I get a pdf with 900 pages, where 700 are for the end list of references, as I get one reference per page. In epub format getting one page per reference is not a big deal, but in pdf is annoying. Anyone knows how to solve this issue?
